At Guunuu, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Certain items like cosmetics, wigs, and hair extensions are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged.

Items bought on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at guunuucosmetics@gmail.com with:

Order number

Reason for return

Clear photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will review your request and provide return instructions.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processed.

  1. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
